Ratings & comments
How long does the setup actually take? Trying to work out if it fits a single period.
Sixty-five minutes matches my experience too. I now split it across two shorter periods.
My students loved the hands-on part. The exit ticket gave me exactly the formative data I needed. Highly recommend.
It works fine without the lab kit — I demoed the tricky step at the front and the rest is paper-based.
Glad it was useful. Let me know how the series goes.
Yes! The materials tab has a printable. Look under the practice phase.
Is there a printable version of the recording sheet anywhere?
A year down worked for me with the reading swapped for the summary version.
Noted, I will add a timing warning to the description.
Setup was about ten minutes for me once the materials were out on the bench.
Not a perfect fit for my curriculum, but adapting it took twenty minutes instead of an evening.
That is a fair point about the sourcing — I have listed two substitutes in the materials now.
